I started practicing yoga when I was in high school. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and highly anxious due to the many changes that were happening in my life at the time.
When I tried my first yoga class, I couldn't believe the feeling. I felt like I had done a really amazing workout, gotten a massage, and some kind of hypnotic session all at once.
It was weird, but I liked it.
And well, now I'm here.
Sharing this wonderful practice that I hold so dear to my heart, with pretty much anyone I come across with.
