But wait, what's Yoga Nidra?

Glad you asked! See, Yoga Nidra is this powerful meditation technique practiced lying down in Savasana (Corpse Pose). The practice takes you into a borderline state of being half awake, and half asleep. Within that state, also known as the hypnagogic, or the "superconscious" state, the practitioner achieves a deep state of relaxation while accessing the subconscious, and unconscious levels of the mind.

Your 3 Days of Bliss:

Day 1 - Body

Through guided visualization and breathwork, this practice will leave you feeling centered, grounded, and fully aligned with the natural rhythms of your body. You’ll release tension, calm your mind, and feel a profound sense of stability and rootedness.

Day 2 - Breath

Explore the art of sensing the breath on a three-dimensional level. In this Yoga Nidra you'll practice effortless breath awareness to deepen physical relaxation and help you 'cross the bridge' into that blissful meditative state.

Day 3 - Mind

In this final Yoga Nidra you'll explore mental relaxation through long visualizations, which ease tension in the mind, deepen mental relaxation, and build the bridge into effortless concentration.

How the challenge works:

  • For 3 consecutive days you'll get one Yoga Nidra meditation via email.
  • Each day follows one theme (Body, Breath, Mind)
  • You gather your props, set-up in savasana, hit play and go!

You'll need:

  • 20-30 minutes daily.
  • A clean, quiet space to lie down in Savasana
  • Props (more details via email)
  • Your willingness to a daily practice
