Glad you asked! You see, gratitude journaling isn't just about writing—it's about rewiring your brain for happiness. In fact, science people say that keeping a gratitude journal can enhance your mood, increase self-esteem, and promote a more optimistic outlook on life, all while reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
The simple act of expressing gratitude can create lasting positive change in your life. Period.
Each day we focus on a theme to be grateful for. In other words, this is not the type of practice where you're just counting your blessing, or thinking about what you're grateful for that day (although those are great practices too). Instead, you'll be given a gratitude prompt based on the theme (like family, health, and things like that)
For 3 consecutive days, you'll get an email (bright and early), with the intro to the theme, an affirmation, a writing prompt, and guided meditation.
Finally, the guided meditations are only 5-10 minutes long, so you can easily stay on track without stress or overwhelm.
